Debenhams Group seeks a detail-oriented Paid Media Executive to support the management, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across global markets in a dynamic e-commerce environment based in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Google Shopping campaigns for international markets.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for Paid Social, PPC, and Google Shopping.
- Handle bid adjustments using automated tools.
- Utilize Google Editor and Bing Editor for PPC account maintenance and enhancement.
- Operate PPC accounts to meet profitability targets and KPIs.
- Expand PPC accounts through ongoing development efforts.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and routine negative keyword/search query reports.
- Increase conversions while upholding target ROI.
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance to align paid search with broader digital strategies.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports and insights.
- Perform competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and improve results.
- Partner with third-party providers for Google Shopping feed management.
- Coordinate with merchandising on stock planning for promotions and sales forecasts.
- Foster strong communication with internal teams, colleagues, and external partners.
- Pursue Google Ads and Meta certifications to sustain expertise.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Paid Media, PPC, or Digital Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Shopping.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated success in handling effective PPC campaigns.
- Keen attention to detail and analytical approach.
- Strong numerical abilities with excellent reporting and communication.
- Organized in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing, e-commerce, and paid media.
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to learning.
- Familiarity with bid management tools preferred.
