Seeking a Paid Media Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns for the Nere brand in the UK market, focusing on search, social, and affiliates, while providing global support for Antler and Paravel across multiple channels and regions in a dynamic house of travel brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily paid media for Nere UK: Google Ads keyword handling, query analysis, bidding, and budget optimization; Meta and TikTok campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance tuning; affiliate partner oversight, tracking, and opportunity identification.
- Track and enhance performance against KPIs like ROAS, CPA, revenue, and spend pacing; assist Head of Paid Media in strategy implementation and provide daily/weekly reports with optimization insights.
- Oversee creative process for Nere UK: brief requirements from data insights, coordinate asset delivery, ensure proper implementation and testing, iterate based on learnings; contribute to annual full-funnel creative roadmap aligned with trading periods, launches, and promotions.
- Support global campaigns for Antler and Paravel: execute across UK, US, AU, EU in search and social; test creatives, monitor performance, recommend optimizations; conduct audience research for lookalikes, interests, and retargeting; track affiliates and influencers; compile reports and dashboards; verify tracking accuracy; manage calendars and timelines.
- Additional duties: monitor budget pacing and spend; test emerging channels or formats; prepare seasonal strategies; test audience segments and report outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven background in paid media from agency or in-house environments.
- Practical expertise in at least one primary channel, preferably Paid Search or Paid Social.
- Robust analytical abilities and proficiency with performance data.
- Solid grasp of key metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
- Methodical, attentive to details, and adept at handling competing priorities.
- Inquisitive attitude eager to expand knowledge in channels and markets.
- Desirable: Multi-channel paid media experience; familiarity with e-commerce or DTC; basic knowledge of attribution, incrementality, or MMM; collaboration with agencies or partners.
