Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Paid Social Creative Team to edit videos into effective advertisements.
- Monitor daily performance data, analyze insights, and apply them to refine creative outputs.
- Track emerging trends on social platforms and suggest proactive initiatives to the team.
- Incorporate diverse video elements, formats, and styles to enhance content variety and boost key metrics such as ROAS and thumbstop rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, plus familiarity with After Effects and the full Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in producing and handling high-quality user-generated content, supported by a portfolio featuring paid Meta or TikTok ad examples.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Team-oriented, initiative-driven, and humble demeanor.
- Preferred: Content creation targeted at parents of young children.
- Preferred: Background in paid social media within fast-paced companies or agencies.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite.
