Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the performance marketing department, establishing strategies for SEO, content, paid search, paid social, and CRO.
  • Monitor the entire patient journey from acquisition to conversion, ensuring seamless integration of search, social, and landing pages.
  • Supervise and mentor the Paid Search Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, SEO team, and CRO/Design specialist.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic performance in a compliance-intensive market.
  • Manage paid search operations with emphasis on cost per acquisition, revenue expansion, and patient growth.
  • Direct paid social initiatives, including creative testing across the full marketing funnel.
  • Formulate CRO strategies for paid search and social channels.
  • Create a comprehensive testing plan for landing pages, funnels, CTAs, and user experiences.
  • Optimize channel allocation, reporting, and forecasting to enable data-driven, rapid decisions.
  • Explore and scale new opportunities in search, social, content, and CRO through testing.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Social and Head of PR & Comms to synchronize messaging, journeys, and landing pages.
  • Deliver detailed reports, insights, roadmaps, and recommendations to the Marketing Director and executives.
  • Foster partnerships with agencies, platforms, and external collaborators as required.
  • Maintain expertise in platforms, analytics tools, testing techniques, and AI to keep the team innovative.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards while scaling operations efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years in digital marketing, excelling in SEO, content, paid search, and paid social.
  • Robust experience in CRO and testing, including A/B tests, hypothesis formulation, and implementing results.
  • Solid grasp of UX, UI, and design’s role in conversions.
  • Practical skills in campaign and platform management.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and development.
  • Advanced analytical abilities to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in reporting metrics and performance with industry-standard tools.
  • Ownership of outcomes and commitment to ongoing enhancement across channels.
