Lead the creation and expansion of Huzzle’s marketing infrastructure, emphasizing performance marketing, go-to-market engineering, and AI-enhanced processes to produce high-value leads for the organization and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and expand the performance marketing and lead generation approach
  • Create and deploy analytics-based initiatives on various online platforms, covering paid advertising, supported outreach, and lead acquisition
  • Construct automated marketing processes leveraging contemporary go-to-market technologies and AI systems
  • Create models for attributing campaign results and dashboards to evaluate genuine lead influence
  • Collaborate with executives and go-to-market groups to synchronize marketing efforts with sales and lead objectives
  • Develop marketing frameworks that produce qualified leads from immediate purchase indicators
  • Oversee and refine marketing expenditures and customer acquisition costs
  • Test innovative AI technologies and automation solutions, such as Claude Code and advanced marketing engineering tools
  • Partner with go-to-market engineering groups to incorporate Clay-based data processes and campaign insights
  • Produce materials and initiatives that boost lead generation, beyond mere views or visits

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years in performance marketing, lead generation, or expansion marketing
  • Background in AI-supported marketing processes and Claude Code
  • Demonstrated skill in handling digital advertising budgets and performance campaigns
  • Robust analytical capabilities centered on lead attribution and sales outcomes
  • Practical involvement with Clay (essential)
  • Expertise in developing automated marketing processes and go-to-market frameworks
  • Knowledge of current marketing and outreach technology suites (e.g., Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, automation platforms)
  • Solid grasp of SaaS go-to-market tactics
  • Capability to function in a fast-paced startup setting
  • Ease with US time zones (ideally Pacific Time)
