Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage models for the entire conversion funnel, projecting visitors, registrations, and long-term outcomes while assessing organic traffic impacts and validating assumptions.
- Direct paid marketing budgets based on genuine ROI, devising methods to link expenditures to delayed conversions spanning 1-1.5 years, and optimizing across channels to counter organic declines.
- Oversee a cross-functional team in paid marketing, CRO, experimentation, nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and organic social channels, fostering leadership development, analytical rigor, and outcome-oriented accountability for teams of 6+ with 3+ years experience.
- Convert data insights into actionable priorities and trade-offs, collaborating with product, data, and engineering on advanced measurement, and challenging simplistic attribution stories.
