Lead the Paid Search team at a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency, overseeing campaign optimization, team development, and client ROI maximization through PPC and SEM strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Paid Search team, including performance oversight and professional development.
- Develop and implement department processes, training programs, and KPI structures in collaboration with senior management.
- Distribute workloads, mentor team members, and handle client escalations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a personal portfolio of clients, building, optimizing, and analyzing Google AdWords and YouTube campaigns for optimal conversions and ROI.
- Conduct performance reporting, facilitate recruitment and onboarding, and drive innovation in the Paid Search division.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and policy alignment.
- Utilize analytics for opportunity identification, A/B testing, and ongoing campaign improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a leadership role and 5 years in PPC management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong client escalation and communication skills.
- Proven experience building and managing AdWords campaigns.
- Google AdWords and Analytics certifications.
