Key Responsibilities
- Upload creatives to Meta Ads platform ensuring correct formats, naming conventions, and consistency
- Create simple campaigns following internal standard operating procedures
- Adjust budgets, activate or deactivate ads, and apply basic rules
- Report inconsistencies or deliverability issues promptly
- Export data from Business Manager including metrics like CPA, ROAS, MER
- Verify data consistency and identify anomalies
- Maintain dashboards using provided templates
- Produce brief analyses to support decision-making
- Prepare notes, summaries, and reports for the board
- Assist in structuring slides or client documents
- Contribute to occasional growth initiatives based on needs and expertise
Qualifications
- First experience in ads, digital marketing, data, or operational roles from agency, freelance, or startup
- Methodical, rigorous, and thorough in task completion
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slack, and Notion
- Ability to maintain a daily routine of 2 hours with consistency
- Autonomous, reliable, with clear communication
- Basic use of Meta Business Manager
- Mastery of Google Sheets features like filters, sorting, and simple formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIF)
- Understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR
- Extreme attention to detail to avoid errors in naming, formats, and exports
