Motia seeks a technically adept Website Optimisation Executive for its Marketing team to enhance digital platforms, including websites and customer portals, through data-informed strategies focused on performance, user experience, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain website elements, components, and forms using Webflow and WordPress, encompassing layout modifications, CMS collections, structural adjustments, and custom interactions.
  • Oversee updates to websites and customer portals, such as product pages, landing pages, forms, blogs, and case studies, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and SEO optimization.
  • Conduct routine website audits for quality, including monitoring broken links, verifying accessibility, checking responsive designs, and confirming content precision.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and campaign teams to create landing pages and facilitate customer workflows that boost traffic and conversions.
  • Leverage GA4, Clarity, Google Tag Manager, and similar UX tools to evaluate user behavior and deliver frictionless, conversion-oriented experiences.
  • Apply technical SEO corrections like meta tags, schema markup, redirects, broken link fixes, and image optimization, either independently or with agency support.
  • Track daily conversion rates and sales metrics, executing CRO and UX projects from analysis to testing and reporting.
  • Assist with integration and automation using tools such as Zapier.
  • Contribute to routine marketing tasks and aid other departments in internal communications.
  • Create video content as needed, including product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Practical proficiency with CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and Zapier, plus solid knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is advantageous).
  • Background in SEO, covering on-page, technical, and off-page techniques.
  • Ease with SEO tools including SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Robust analytical abilities and familiarity with reporting tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UX platforms such as Clarity or Hotjar.
  • Keen sense for creative design, backed by Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Organized, initiative-taking, and adaptable collaborator with superior communication skills, capable of working across teams and hierarchies.
  • Effective time management, meticulous attention to detail, and readiness to own responsibilities.
