Entry-level position within the Performance Marketing team at CV-Library, focused on enhancing programmatic operations to expand candidate sourcing in key regions including the US, UK, and EMEA through operational support and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations in assigned markets, including monitoring and enhancing partner performance aligned with business goals for margins and candidate sourcing
- Track budget allocation and execution across partners to ensure alignment with planned expenditures
- Support the integration of new client campaigns and job feeds when needed
- Conduct routine analysis of partner data to pinpoint underperformance and strengths for overall improvement
- Collaborate with the internal Data team to refine data utilization for optimization and reporting, and partner with your manager to automate processes for greater workflow efficiency
- Expand the publisher network by integrating new traffic sources and enhancing current ones via targeted optimizations and relationship management
- Contribute to monthly financial tasks such as forecasting budgets, handling invoices, managing refunds, and pursuing overdue payments
Qualifications
- Robust foundation in data, mathematics, or analytics
- Excellent numerical abilities for daily campaign analysis and optimization
- Effective verbal and written communication, with ease in engaging external partners
- Skill in fostering solid internal and external relationships
- Organized, thorough, and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Meticulous attention to detail, disciplined methodology, and ownership of results
