Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage acquisition campaigns for homeowners and service providers on platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, covering strategy, creative direction, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
- Oversee full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion and remarketing, adapting creative and bidding approaches for each stage
- Establish a systematic testing framework for creative, audience, and funnel experiments to identify and address performance issues proactively
- Manage budgets and performance across diverse audiences, geographies, and service categories, adjusting for seasonal variations and unit economics
- Collaborate with teams in SEO, paid acquisition, product, design, and analytics to integrate paid social into broader growth initiatives
- Evaluate and expand into new platforms like streaming services, applying rigorous testing and management practices
- Build and lead a dedicated team as the channel matures, defining roles, hiring, and fostering a high-performing function
