Lead the direct-to-consumer ecommerce operations as Director of Paid Media & Funnels, overseeing Shopify and TikTok Shop to drive $20M+ revenue in 18 months while maintaining profitability targets and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test over 100 ad creatives weekly on Meta and TikTok, optimizing for ROAS thresholds and partnering with affiliate and UGC teams
  • Launch a new bundle-based funnel monthly, tied to educational outcomes, and optimize CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV, upsells, and funnel economics
  • Oversee homepage, product pages, merchandising, and seasonal promotions like Back-to-School and Holidays; build SOPs and testing roadmaps
  • Lead lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo and Postscript, optimizing flows for welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back; develop ascension paths and SEO/blog strategy
  • Review weekly P&Ls, analyze key metrics like AOV, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and deliver scorecards and growth plans
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 6+ members, establish operating rhythms, hire talent, manage contractors, and foster a culture of ownership and innovation

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in DTC ecommerce, particularly Shopify and paid social, with proven scaling of brands beyond $20M
  • Ownership of revenue and profitability targets; deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify CMS, bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization
  • Ability to write/review high-converting landing pages; comfortable leading remote teams with weekly cadences
  • Analytical and creative mindset; strategic and operational skills; alignment with values of extreme ownership, relentless innovation, and integrity
