Lead hands-on performance marketing for Hyprwork’s DTC health and wellness brands, owning paid acquisition, CRO, and retention strategies across Meta, Google, Native channels, while guiding a team and agency partners to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy and outcomes across Meta, Native, and Google channels
- Drive creative and offer strategy, focusing on hooks, angles, advertorials, and creative velocity
- Manage full funnel ownership from ad impression to post-purchase, partnering with creative, product, and tech teams to optimize conversion rates
- Govern agency and partner performance for Amazon and retention, integrating into overall growth strategy
- Build and maintain performance reporting to provide clarity on platform, ad, funnel, and lander metrics with actionable insights
- Lead team of three direct reports in Meta, Native, and Google, fostering development and increasing autonomy
Qualifications
- Six to nine years in performance marketing with direct response experience
- Managed or contributed to eight-figure scale budgets in fast-paced startups or scale-ups
- Led small teams and understands people management and development
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta campaign architecture, creative strategy, audience systems, and volatility
- Deep knowledge of native advertising across Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent or equivalent
- Expertise in Google across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen
- Fluency in DTC direct response principles, contribution margin, CAC payback, cohort behavior, subscription mechanics, and attribution tools like Hyros, Triple Whale, GA4
- Mastery of metrics including CPA, LTV, Churn, MER, AOV, CVR for diagnostic frameworks
- Builder mentality: thrives in ambiguity, creates systems, direct, data-driven, and pushes back on flawed ideas
