Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the daily subject matter expert for clients, offering strategic advice, in-depth analysis, reporting, and handling ad-hoc requests
- Identify target audiences and collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging advertisements while ensuring superior client communication, service, and campaign results
- Oversee all phases of paid digital media campaigns on platforms such as Google and Bing, from planning and launch to monitoring, optimization, evaluation, and reporting
- Contribute to media strategy development and paid media planning, including audience segmentation, messaging, budgeting, and optimization tactics
- Utilize real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to share campaign insights with clients and outline future directions
- Examine performance metrics to derive meaningful interpretations, recommendations, and actionable strategies
- Regularly assess and refine campaign effectiveness, set performance standards, and propose testing opportunities
- Engage clients on campaign planning, results, and progress updates
- Compile and deliver performance reports to clients and internal teams
- Stay informed on advertising platform advancements, including new features and innovations

Qualifications
- More than 5 years in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search
- Proven track record in expanding campaign budgets while upholding or enhancing key performance indicators
