Senior marketing executive responsible for overall marketing strategy, execution, and P&L across a growing DTC health and wellness portfolio, transitioning the function from founder-led to professional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing strategy, budget allocation, channel mix, customer acquisition and retention across the brand portfolio with full P&L accountability.
  • Lead the performance marketing function through channel pod leads and set acquisition targets, CAC/LTV thresholds, and channel diversification.
  • Oversee the creative production engine (400+ videos and 250+ images weekly) and hold the Creative Manager accountable for throughput, quality, and testing velocity.
  • Drive brand identity, lifecycle and retention programs, membership marketing, content, PR, and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Design and build the next layer of marketing leadership; manage hiring, performance, and org development for the marketing function.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders and sit on the executive leadership team to ensure marketing decisions align with company operations.
  • Collaborate closely with founders on portfolio expansion and execute marketing strategy for new brand launches over the next 4-8 quarters.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in DTC marketing leadership with at least 3 years as CMO, VP Marketing or Head of Marketing at a DTC company generating $30M+ annual revenue, preferably in health/wellness, supplements, beauty or regulated consumer categories.
  • Proven success scaling DTC brands through paid acquisition with personal accountability for revenue targets and unit economics.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative production operations including briefing standards, QC, throughput, and win-rate tracking.
  • Experience leading, hiring and developing senior leaders across performance, creative and brand disciplines.
  • Prior work alongside founders or executive sponsors in scaling environments while balancing collaboration with operational ownership.
  • Deep fluency in DTC metrics: CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, retention curves, attribution and brand health.
  • Strong executive leadership, clear written and verbal communication, and transparent decision-making.
