Oversee the creative production engine for a rapidly scaling AI education business, managing high-volume ad creation and team operations to support multiple marketing funnels without involvement in media buying or strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure editing and production deadlines are met with zero quality errors
  • Generate new creative ideas, angles, hooks, and concepts on a weekly basis
  • Manage the team of editors and AI ad creation specialists
  • Coordinate script approvals with the direct-response copywriter
  • Evolve the ticketing and brief-to-ship workflows to support scaling funnel operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years owning ad creative in performance marketing, specifically Meta/Facebook ads
  • Experience managing 3+ video editors, preferably remote or offshore teams
  • Proven track record running an ad-production pipeline producing 50+ ads per week, with detailed workflow knowledge
  • Background shipping ads for info-products, coaching, bootcamps, or high-ticket DTC with refund pressures
  • Strong signals include maintaining a hook library, weekly angle generation, daily competitor research, and public portfolio of winning ads
  • Experience in-house at DTC/performance brands or high-ticket coaching companies
  • Reliable delivery on deadlines, building brief templates, QA processes, or ticketing systems
  • Not suitable for TV/film/brand backgrounds, aesthetic-focused creatives, or individual contributors without management experience
