The Marketing Operations Manager will develop foundational systems, data processes, and automations to enable precise measurement and expansion of demand generation efforts for Laravel Cloud, collaborating with the Senior Manager of Demand Generation on strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer HubSpot for comprehensive lifecycle management, including stages, scoring, workflows, data maintenance, and tailored reporting.
  • Establish attribution systems featuring UTM structures, campaign tracking, and multi-touch models to generate revenue impact reports.
  • Implement lead enrichment and routing integrations using tools like Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit for automated processing.
  • Oversee lifecycle email operations, handling triggers, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis while strategy and content are managed elsewhere.
  • Ensure data consistency across HubSpot and integrated platforms by designing flows and troubleshooting issues.
  • Create decision-supporting dashboards focused on revenue metrics rather than superficial indicators.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational flaws such as enrollment errors or routing problems.
  • Support team initiatives by constructing landing pages, preparing campaigns, and distributing content in a startup environment.
  • Produce thorough documentation including runbooks, processes, and architectural visuals.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years in marketing operations or similar at a B2B SaaS firm, with at least 2 years in a rapidly expanding startup.
  • HubSpot certification and full ownership of a HubSpot setup encompassing lifecycle, scoring, workflows, and database design.
  • Experience creating attribution systems from the ground up, including UTMs, models, and revenue-linked reports.
  • Practical use of enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit, with setup of routing mechanisms.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B demand generation including inbound/outbound tactics, scoring, signals, handoffs, and metrics.
  • Expertise in CRM management, integrations, APIs, webhooks, automation, and basic scripting beyond no-code solutions.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Hex, or Salesforce, with SQL for custom queries.
  • Development and upkeep of AI or no-code automations using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Awareness of compliance standards like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA, including list management.
  • Effective collaboration across demand generation, product marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
