The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations leads REE Medical’s marketing technology infrastructure, data architecture, and operational systems that power marketing execution, measurement, and cross-functional alignment. The role oversees the MarTech stack, HubSpot administration, lead handoff processes, attribution, compliance, and reporting while managing a direct report and partnering with Growth Marketing, Sales, IT, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy, governance, roadmap, integrations, security, and vendor management for the full marketing technology stack
- Serve as end-to-end HubSpot administrator: configuration, workflows, lead scoring, campaign instrumentation, user management, and system hygiene
- Manage Referral Rock configuration, automation, audit integrity, and operational reliability
- Oversee marketing-to-sales integration including lead routing, MQL/SQL handoff, SLA monitoring, and HubSpot-Salesforce connectivity
- Lead and develop the Webmaster and Analytics Manager; oversee website operations, technical SEO, performance, and data analytics
- Own marketing attribution implementation, UTM hygiene, data architecture, and performance reporting infrastructure
- Maintain data hygiene and quality across the stack: duplicate management, list governance, validation, and proactive issue resolution
- Partner with IT on integrations, security, SSO, and cross-platform dependencies; collaborate with Legal on data privacy, consent, and compliance
- Manage vendor contracts, performance reviews, and evaluations of new MarTech tools
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards, automated reports, and data pipelines supporting weekly leadership reviews and board updates
- Contribute to annual operating planning, MarTech roadmap, capacity planning, and regulatory awareness (VA, PACT Act)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (equivalent professional experience accepted)
- 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or infrastructure with direct ownership of platform administration, integrations, and data architecture
- Proven hands-on experience administering marketing automation platforms, including configuration, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene
- Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise; certifications preferred
- Experience with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and attribution models
- People management experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Marketing operator mindset combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution; self-starter comfortable with minimal supervision
- Preferred: experience in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent industries; empathy for veteran community
