Hiring an experienced professional to develop and refine GoHighLevel automations and AI integrations in a remote marketing operations position, commencing part-time and advancing to full-time based on performance, with emphasis on client-facing workflow enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and enhance GoHighLevel automations and workflows
• Deploy AI-powered automation solutions to boost marketing and operational effectiveness
• Conduct thorough testing of automations to guarantee precision, reliability, and error-free deployment
• Develop and update comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow records
• Partner with internal teams and engage directly with clients as needed
• Ensure reliable response times and transparent project communications
• Regularly refine systems to achieve greater scalability, efficiency, and output quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated practical expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST without exception
• Meticulous focus on details and robust quality assurance approach
• Prior work in documenting workflows and creating SOPs

• Proficiency in Spanish
