As Revenue Operations Manager at CoCreativ, you will enhance the marketing funnel and sales pipeline by streamlining processes in sales, marketing, and account management, while managing the CRM system with Salesforce and ZoomInfo to support data-informed go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to marketing, sales, and account management teams with data-backed insights to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Ensure Salesforce pipeline accuracy and health, including data updates, representative inputs, and integration across business units for full visibility
- Oversee lead management processes, user access permissions, and deliver leadership-requested reporting updates
- Monitor account activities via a real-time dashboard and maintain precise upsell and expansion reports to identify opportunities
- Integrate engagement data from sources like LinkedIn, email, and website into Salesforce for comprehensive tracking, dashboard development, and targeted strategy recommendations
- Maintain database quality by adding relevant companies and contacts, ensuring data cleanliness, and creating intelligent list segments based on engagement history
Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Monday.com, and marketing automation tools for reporting, dashboard building, and system optimization
- Proficiency in organizing unstructured data and deriving actionable insights
- Skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis of market opportunities and audiences to guide sales and marketing efforts
- Background in supporting sales-driven growth and developing lead generation initiatives
- Preferably experience in B2B creative or SaaS environments
- Track record of reporting to and advising senior leadership
- Salesforce admin certification or comparable proficiency
- At least 2 years with marketing automation platforms like Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Customer.io
- Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities for complex challenges
- Proven collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and account management to establish operational best practices
- Knowledge of current tech tools, including AI like Claude/ChatGPT and automation like Clay or n8n
- Self-motivated with ability to operate independently in a dynamic, startup-like setting
- Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing, or revenue operations
