Manage execution and delivery of packaging development and in-store merchandising programs for a fast-growing consumer brand, collaborating with creative, brand, sales, and vendor teams to ensure assets align with brand standards and retailer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day packaging and in-store merchandising pipeline across multiple product categories.
  • Lead packaging development from creative handoff through final artwork approval and production delivery.
  • Coordinate execution of retailer merchandising assets including displays, planograms, signage, and adaptations.
  • Partner with Sales to meet retailer specifications across key accounts and specialty channels.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and milestone reviews with internal teams and vendors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track project progress, and enforce quality control and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in packaging development, retail merchandising, creative operations, or project management within CPG or consumer brands.
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of packaging production, artwork management, and retailer requirements.
  • Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
  • Experience improving operational workflows, systems, and processes.
  • Proficiency with project management, workflow, or digital asset management platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
