  • Handle design software and systems such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence, while supervising budgets, third-party agencies, and vendor partnerships as required.
  • Enhance transparency in design projects via reports, dashboards, and performance indicators, delivering executives actionable updates on advancements, challenges, interdependencies, and overall status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • At least eight years in design program management, operations, or similar fields.
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle product development, especially in integrated hardware-software settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating processes and thriving in dynamic, uncertain, high-speed environments.
  • Superior abilities in interdepartmental communication and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Background collaborating with international teams; additional Mandarin capabilities advantageous.
