The Senior Marketing Manager oversees the daily execution of DATAMARK’s B2B marketing activities, ensuring campaigns, content, digital initiatives, events, vendors, and team members deliver against strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable plans, project briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead and support internal marketing team members across design, content, web, social media, and events.
  • Manage external contractors, vendors, and agencies including writers, designers, and developers.
  • Coordinate integrated B2B campaigns across email, web, content, social media, webinars, events, digital advertising, and other channels.
  • Ensure deliverables are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with company messaging and priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, leadership, and stakeholders on campaign execution, events, and content needs.
  • Oversee content coordination, calendars, development, reviews, approvals, and publishing schedules.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, campaign tracking, reporting, and digital performance activities.
  • Support event marketing and PR planning, scheduling, approvals, and follow-up activities.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director on budget planning, expense tracking, vendor costs, and campaign spend.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience in campaign execution, content, digital, events, and operations.
  • 3–5 years managing marketing team members, contractors, vendors, or cross-functional programs.
  • Proven experience converting strategy into execution plans, workflows, and measurable deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and campaign coordination.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, vendor costs, contractor scopes, and campaign spend.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, project-management, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent project-management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of email, web, SEO, paid media, social media, content, webinars, and events channels.
  • Strong leadership skills for managing direct reports, contractors, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
