The position entails overseeing the complete bid process, from initial evaluation to final delivery, while partnering with various departments to produce persuasive and viable submissions that highlight technical expertise and client benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full bid process, including opportunity evaluation, submission, and transition to contracts
• Create and oversee bid timelines, plans, and oversight structures
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to produce unified and superior proposals
• Verify that all documents meet standards, are organized effectively, and match client needs
• Assist in formulating cost and business approaches alongside finance and sales teams
• Perform timeline risk evaluations using P50/P70 metrics and pinpoint major implementation hazards
• Promote enhancements in bid procedures, resources, and protocols
• Collaborate with high-level executives to align bids with company goals and capacities

Qualifications

• Background in handling technical proposals, preferably in RF, microwave, aerospace, defense, telecoms, or advanced engineering fields
• Deep knowledge of proposal management techniques and bidding in public or private sectors
• Demonstrated skill in juggling several intricate bids at once
• Robust project oversight skills, covering scheduling, hazard assessment, and financial planning
• Business insight, including input on cost strategies and proposal crafting
• Superior planning abilities and meticulous focus
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical groups
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or comparable practical knowledge
