Senior Revenue Operations Analyst ensuring the Lead-to-Cash process at Speexx delivers reliable, scalable, and trustworthy revenue data. The role combines analytical oversight with commercial insight to maintain data integrity, strengthen controls, and uncover opportunities that improve pipeline performance and reduce revenue leakage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact RevOps projects that improve pipeline, conversion, retention, and reduce revenue leakage
• Translate data signals into practical workflows and improvements that help Sales, CS and Marketing teams execute faster
• Monitor funnel health, forecast integrity, CAC, ARR, churn and expansion metrics, surfacing risks and opportunities early
• Design and maintain automated QA gates across the deal lifecycle to ensure clean, compliant and bookable deals
• Support annual planning and goal-setting processes while coordinating system rollouts
• Collaborate with Systems & Automation to encode rules into CRM and tooling, reducing manual effort
• Contribute to the evolution of the Power BI reporting landscape

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Ops or similar analytical role in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of commercial funnels and Lead-to-Cash mechanics including CPQ processes
• Ability to convert complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience working across CRM, BI tools and automation platforms
• Strong communication skills with senior commercial and operational stakeholders
• Decision-quality mindset focused on root-cause analysis and scalable solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Power BI or Tableau; ETL understanding a plus
• Independent and collaborative working style in multicultural environments
• Fluency in English
