Leads the enablement tooling strategy for Speexx’s global go-to-market teams, selecting, deploying, and optimizing systems that connect tool usage with measurable revenue outcomes across Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full GTM enablement tool landscape from evaluation and business-case creation through vendor selection, rollout, optimization, and renewals.
  • Define adoption KPIs and ROI metrics for each tool and regularly present impact results to leadership.
  • Embed tools into daily workflows to drive standardization and adoption across Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to identify enablement needs and co-create coaching frameworks based on tooling.
  • Partner with RevOps, BI, and Finance to link enablement usage data to pipeline quality, win rates, deal velocity, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary business owner and escalation contact for GTM enablement tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement or closely related GTM functions within B2B or SaaS organizations.
  • Strong command of CRM platforms, preferably Dynamics 365, and related enablement technologies such as call intelligence and content/demo tools.
  • Proven ability to influence senior revenue-facing stakeholders and drive behavioral change, not only system configuration.
  • Demonstrated skill in change management and adoption initiatives.
  • Analytical approach that connects tool usage metrics to commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; confidence interacting with senior leaders.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2).
