Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement workflows to scale marketing processes, including performance ads, customer email campaigns, and content management.
- Analyze user acquisition funnels, identify data and team integration gaps, and create connecting solutions.
- Integrate AI tools and LLM-based processes to reduce workload, such as automated reporting, AI-driven segmentation, and n8n agent workflows.
- Document automations clearly to enable team-wide access and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Advanced German (C1) and solid English (B1) proficiency.
- Professional experience in marketing process automation or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of automation platforms like n8n or make.com.
- Willingness to dive into B2B online marketing topics such as funnels, lead generation, and attribution.
- Analytical mindset to spot patterns, inefficiencies, and data-driven solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Nice-to-haves: LLM API integration experience, Notion for documentation, Salesforce or CRM knowledge, basic SQL or BI tools like Metabase.
