Marketing Coordinator supporting campaign execution, digital storefront management, project coordination, and performance reporting for a growing outdoor communications brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, affiliate, and partner channels
  • Maintain and optimize product pages, listings, and merchandising on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to keep marketing initiatives on schedule
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards, analyze campaign and sales data, and deliver actionable insights
  • Coordinate creative asset development with internal teams and external agencies
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor market activity to support strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, e-commerce, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with proven attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving projects to completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting tools, and performance data
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or affiliate platforms is a plus
  • Background in consumer electronics, outdoor, or technical products is preferred
