The Partner Operations Manager drives joint sales initiatives with partners to boost Seeq’s brand recognition and cultivate a robust sales pipeline, while partnering closely with marketing, sales, and account teams for seamless operations and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing AWS and Microsoft partner programs, ensuring compliance with technical and business standards while monitoring partnership advantages alongside senior colleagues.
  • Handle daily lead registration and co-sell procedures in cloud platforms, including lead oversight, initial outreach to cloud sellers, Seeq executives, and account managers, with escalation for intricate matters.
  • Oversee cloud marketplace dealings, revenue monitoring, and reporting to maintain precise and current data.
  • Organize training and preparation sessions for Seeq VAR and services partners, managing schedules, outreach, and attendance records.
  • Aid in VAR partner oversight, including contract handling, onboarding, and offboarding, plus progress tracking against account targets.
  • Distribute leads to partners and report on results.
  • Arrange Seeq’s involvement in co-sell events and routine communications with partners, such as win wires and newsletters.
  • Implement demand generation campaigns via VARs and cloud partners under marketing and sales direction, adhering to execution timelines.
  • Propose enhancements and automation for partner and cloud initiatives to boost efficiency.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators for partner and cloud efforts, providing data-driven insights for goals and evaluations.
  • Foster solid relationships with internal teams and external partners through effective communication and commitment fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in partner marketing, sales operations, or channel management, ideally in B2B software or tech.
  • Background with partners or clients in process manufacturing sectors like oil & gas, renewables, pharma, or chemicals is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and marketplace programs such as AWS or Microsoft is preferred.
  • Experience with remote teams is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and multitasking proficiency.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex information persuasively.
  • Proficiency in data handling for reporting, analysis, and decision support.
