Detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager who brings operational discipline, project management, and data integrity to a nine-person marketing team across 15+ locations, ensuring consistent execution at scale without owning channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead website rebuild project: create full project plan with scope, milestones, owners, and dates; map dependencies across content, SEO, development, lifecycle, creative, and tracking workstreams; run weekly status reporting.
- Project-manage URL mapping, redirect strategy, GA4 event tracking, and UTM continuity to preserve marketing attribution.
- Own marketing team operating cadence: weekly status meetings, sprint planning, quarterly retrospectives, and Asana platform management.
- Maintain master marketing roadmap covering website rebuild, rolling content plan, office-page refreshes, AEO packs, CTV expansion, partnership network, flagship show production, and new Clarity Products.
- Audit and remediate data integrity issues; maintain tracking infrastructure between all channels and HubSpot/Salesforce.
- Manage budget tracking mechanics and monthly close processes.
- Build and maintain operational documentation, location-launch playbooks, and brand QA processes; conduct quarterly process audits.
- Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales/Intake, ensuring clean lead handoffs and aligned definitions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years implementing, configuring, or managing document automation, document assembly, or document generation solutions
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, conditional logic, and process optimization
- Experience with structured data sources and business systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Attention to detail, reliability, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
