Boutique family law firm seeks a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to deliver operational discipline, project management, and data integrity for a nine-person marketing team across multiple states. The role owns processes, project rhythm, data infrastructure, and budget operations while ensuring specialists execute consistently at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead website project management for the next four to five months, including full project planning, dependency mapping, content and SEO migration, GA4 and UTM continuity, and launch-day execution.
  • Run the marketing team operating cadence through weekly status meetings, sprint planning, and maintenance of the master marketing roadmap covering all active workstreams.
  • Manage the Asana project management platform and facilitate quarterly retrospectives to capture lessons learned.
  • Own the data fabric and tracking infrastructure connecting every marketing channel to HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Audit and remediate UTM tagging inconsistencies and known data integrity issues across paid, organic, content, and partner channels.
  • Manage operational mechanics of the marketing budget including monthly close processes.
  • Build and maintain operational documentation, including location launch playbooks and brand quality assurance processes.
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales/Intake to align lead handoffs and feedback loops.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years implementing, configuring, or managing document automation, document assembly, or document generation solutions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or system-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, conditional logic, and process optimization.
  • Experience working with structured data sources and business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Flexibility to respond positively to shifting priorities and business needs.
