Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Franchise Enablement Manager to streamline marketing processes and support franchise network at Barre3, bridging marketing and operations for seamless execution and franchisee success.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate marketing roadmap by aligning stakeholders, ensuring timely campaign launches and accountability.
• Govern master marketing communications calendar as the central reference for all campaign dates, social content, and communications.
• Enable workflows and delivery by collaborating with creative and social teams to manage asset handoffs, ad-hoc requests, and ongoing content production.
• Manage monthly asset drops and distribution to over 170 franchisees through an efficient digital system.
• Assemble marketing reports and decks by gathering data and creating compelling narratives for executive presentations.
• Provide franchisee support by handling inquiries, conducting office hours, and relaying feedback to improve marketing tools.
• Oversee systems like Asana and Airtable, auditing assets and project boards for organization.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, and project management tools like Asana and Airtable.
• Exceptional written communication skills for simplifying complex information.
• Diplomatic accountability, process improvement focus, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, empathetic, and triage expertise.
