Support the Core Training team by delivering and facilitating Storyteq training sessions and user-adoption activities for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc virtual and in-person training sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Adapt training delivery to suit different audiences, user roles, and learning needs
  • Assist consultants and project teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scripts and documentation
  • Create and maintain training assets including presentations, guides, videos, and quick-reference materials
  • Develop and coordinate client-facing training communications to support project rollouts
  • Maintain training plans aligned with project timelines and milestones
  • Monitor learner engagement, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery
  • Collaborate with consultants, account teams, and stakeholders in project meetings and workshops
  • Respond to training-related queries and user requests in a timely manner
  • Provide cross-functional operational support across the wider business
  • Update and manage internal learning-platform content and maintain accuracy of external client-facing materials
  • Track training activity, produce progress reports, and use insights to refine materials and approaches
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, or support needs and escalate appropriately

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in training, learning & development, enablement, customer support, or client-facing roles (desirable)
  • Proven ability to create presentations, user guides, and other learning resources (desirable)
  • Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or project-delivery environments (beneficial)
  • Confident presentation and group facilitation skills for both virtual and classroom settings
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to learn and work with new digital platforms and technologies
  • Working knowledge of standard IT applications and presentation tools
