Boutique family law firm seeks a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to provide operational discipline, project management, and data integrity for a nine-person marketing team spanning paid media, search, content, lifecycle, web, creative, and communications across 15+ locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for the new website build including scope, milestones, dependency mapping, status reporting, and post-launch execution over the first four to five months.
  • Run the marketing team operating system including weekly status meetings, sprint planning, maintenance of the master roadmap, and facilitation of quarterly retrospectives.
  • Own data fabric and tracking infrastructure connected to HubSpot and Salesforce, auditing integrity issues and remediating UTM inconsistencies across channels.
  • Manage marketing budget mechanics, maintain operational documentation, and own location launch playbooks for new markets.
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales/Intake to ensure lead handoffs, aligned definitions, and two-way feedback.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders to support document automation integration and effective workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience implementing, configuring, or managing document automation, assembly, or generation solutions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or system-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, conditional logic, and process optimization.
  • Experience working with structured data sources and business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive self-starter with attention to detail, reliability, organization, and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a primarily computer-based environment with extended screen time.
