Seeking a proactive Digital Operations & Project Coordinator to manage support requests, coordinate resources, and improve processes for a digital marketing agency focused on SEO and website services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming support requests through the shared inbox.
• Create, prioritize, and assign tasks in ClickUp based on client requests and internal needs.
• Maintain proactive client communication on updates, timelines, and project status.
• Coordinate work between contractors and internal team members to meet deadlines.
• Perform basic WordPress content updates and website changes when needed.
• Maintain organized documentation, credentials, reports, and internal resources.
• Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team processes.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with leadership to reduce administrative workload and improve execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Project Management, Operations Coordination, Digital Operations or similar.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with clients and managing expectations.
• Familiarity with WordPress and ability to make basic content updates.
• Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana or Trello.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Experience with Gmail and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
