We’re seeking an organized coordinator to support and scale creator and partnership programs at the intersection of operations, systems, and marketing. The focus is on building structure, managing workflows, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring cross-team efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize creator, influencer, and partnership pipelines across internal systems and tools.
  • Manage records, workflows, statuses, and reporting across CRM platforms, Linear, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through better systems, documentation, workflows, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on team performance, creator activity, and operational health.
  • Work with marketing, partnerships, community, and leadership teams to keep initiatives organized and on track.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational resources.
  • Serve as a central operational resource coordinating activities across multiple departments.

  • Experience managing operational tools such as CRM systems, project management platforms, spreadsheets, or workflow tools.
