Own end-to-end brand relationships at Checkmate, guiding partners from onboarding through renewal and expansion while driving first revenue and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and activation for new brands, configuring offers, channels, and audiences to hit goals quickly.
- Serve as primary point of contact, managing a book of brands through regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance tracking.
- Drive account health, renewals, and expansion by identifying opportunities and presenting data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Rev Ops, Product, Ops, and Sales on account actions, feedback loops, and clean handoffs.
- Help standardize onboarding playbooks, account templates, and CS workflows to support team scaling.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or partnerships, ideally within martech, ecommerce, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to retain and grow a book of business with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfort interpreting performance data and translating metrics into clear, actionable narratives for brands.
- Excellent communication skills for running business reviews and written follow-ups.
- Curiosity about ecommerce and what drives brand growth; bonus for prior DTC stack experience (Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify).
