Oversee the creative team’s operational backbone by managing project workflows, resourcing, asset organization, and process improvements that ensure consistent, on-time delivery across all channels and seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full creative project pipeline from brief intake through final delivery, managing priorities, timelines, and cross-team alignment.
- Build and maintain workback calendars that cover seasonal campaigns, product launches, and channel-specific executions.
- Partner with Brand, Performance, E-commerce, Retail, and Product teams to coordinate deliverables and launch timelines.
- Establish and continuously refine creative workflow systems including Asana architecture, brief standards, and capacity planning.
- Lead Digital Asset Management on Bynder: taxonomy, governance, asset lifecycle, and cross-functional access.
- Coordinate contracts, deliverables, and invoices with external freelancers, photographers, and vendors.
- Support seasonal planning, retrospectives, and data-informed tracking of delivery metrics to drive process improvements.
- Champion AI-tool adoption to streamline production and onboarding of new team members into established workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing creative or marketing workflows in an in-house, brand, or agency setting.
- Proven experience designing and implementing project-management systems rather than merely following existing ones.
- Advanced proficiency in Asana or equivalent, including building templates and team-wide project architecture.
- Hands-on ownership of a Digital Asset Management platform (Bynder preferred), including governance and adoption.
- Active familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to integrating them into creative production.
- Strong brief-writing ability and willingness to enforce clarity standards before work begins.
- Clear, confident communication skills to translate strategy into actionable processes for diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, solutions-focused, and able to maintain calm and accountability across shifting priorities without micromanaging.
- Experience with consumer apparel, outdoor, lifestyle, or related categories preferred; genuine affinity for mountain lifestyle and brand values.
