The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will lead ESI’s overarching marketing initiatives, partnering with the CIO and various departments to strategize and implement digital campaigns that boost sales and improve customer interactions in a self-directed capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and conventional channels, encompassing e-commerce, email promotions, sales automation, and product introductions.
- Create customized B2B and B2C campaigns to connect with wholesale and retail audiences effectively.
- Design and manage marketing automation sequences on platforms, covering customer onboarding, offers, and product notifications.
- Ensure precise and compelling product catalogs and listings on e-commerce sites, including costs, details, and discount codes.
- Manage campaign and data approaches using tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, NetSuite, Google Workspace, Magento, BigCommerce, and Shopify.
- Perform market analysis and competitive reviews to uncover opportunities and guide strategies.
- Apply analytics software to assess and report campaign outcomes, offering data-driven suggestions for enhancements.
- Act as the central marketing liaison, partnering with internal teams to craft and deploy tactics aligning with organizational objectives.
- Oversee collaborations with outside vendors and agencies for producing and supplying digital marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of practical involvement in digital marketing, e-commerce, or operations positions, with equivalent education and experience accepted.
- Proven proficiency in email tools like Klaviyo, automation platforms such as HubSpot, and e-commerce systems including Shopify.
- Background with ERP solutions like NetSuite for stock monitoring, CRM, and transaction insights is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of paid online ads via Google Ads, basic SEO, and innovative techniques like AI-driven search optimization.
- Skill in leveraging analytics from Google Analytics and ERP reports to evaluate impacts and shape choices.
