Coordinate and execute wholesale, retail, trade show, and international marketing initiatives at a mission-driven CPG company while serving as the central workflow hub across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Wrike workflow tool and route incoming marketing requests across wholesale, retail, international, and trade-show initiatives
- Build and monitor timelines for product launches, campaigns, and retailer programs; traffic assets and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate retailer-specific promotions, account marketing opportunities, and asset distribution to retailers, distributors, and brokers
- Plan and execute major trade shows including Expo West: timelines, vendor management, booth assets, cross-functional inputs, on-site support
- Assist with international marketing asset coordination, brand consistency, and development of support processes
- Provide weekly initiative updates to the Director of Marketing and support safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of marketing, marketing operations, or trade/retail marketing experience OR 8+ years of CPG marketing without a degree (personal care category preferred)
- Cross-functional project coordination experience
- Proficiency with project-management platforms (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and deadline-management abilities
- Clear communicator across teams and seniority levels; proactive problem solver
