The Marketing Operations Manager designs, operates and continuously improves the systems and processes that drive GBG’s global marketing engine, ensuring campaigns are scalable, trackable and aligned with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the marketing technology stack, primarily HubSpot marketing automation alongside Salesforce, 6sense, Cognism and analytics platforms.
  • Design, build and optimise marketing automation workflows including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, suppression and audience segmentation.
  • Establish and enforce marketing data governance, campaign structures, naming conventions and hygiene standards.
  • Build and maintain forms, landing pages and progressive profiling logic that balance conversion performance with data quality.
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards that report campaign performance, funnel conversion, lifecycle progression and operational KPIs.
  • Define and continuously improve end-to-end marketing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency and clear documentation.
  • Own the Marketing Operations intake and backlog, scoping requests, managing priorities and communicating trade-offs with stakeholders.
  • Enable and train marketers on systems, automation best practices, email standards and reporting usage.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise required; certification preferred, covering workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, forms, segmentation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including deliverability, QA and template design.
  • HTML/CSS experience for email and landing pages preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM concepts for integrated GTM workflows.
  • Experience with enrichment and intent tools such as 6sense, Cognism and SeamlessAI.
  • Ability to scope work, manage a backlog, gather requirements and prioritise with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards and producing actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation habits and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Builder mentality focused on scalable and durable solutions; interest in emerging marketing automation and AI-powered tools.
