Join Expereo, the leading provider of managed internet and cloud connectivity solutions, as a Marketing Operations Analyst to enhance global marketing efficiency in the EMEA region through advanced data management and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, systems, and workflows across the full funnel using 6Sense, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Own marketing automation and CRM integration for clean data, accurate reporting, and efficient execution.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Support demand generation, customer, and partner marketing teams with campaign setup, QA, execution, and optimization.
  • Establish and maintain data governance, lead management, scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions.
  • Analyze marketing performance trends and provide insights to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and RevOps to align funnel metrics, attribution models, and forecasting.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices within the marketing organization.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management requirements including GDPR.
  • Document processes, maintain operational playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing Operations within a B2B technology environment.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platform HubSpot, CRM systems Salesforce, and intent platforms 6Sense and Cognism.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and funnel performance measurement.
  • Solid understanding of lead management, attribution models, and demand generation workflows.
  • High attention to detail with a process-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Business, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent degree or experience.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with incomplete or complex data.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Hungry to drive pipeline, solution-oriented mindset, positive approach, and pride in winning business.
