Dynamic, execution-driven Marketing Operations Specialist supporting a multi-venue hospitality group by coordinating paid campaigns, web maintenance, email marketing, and operational workflows across 17+ distinct restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Run A/B tests, adjust bidding and budgets, and refresh creatives based on performance data
  • Produce comprehensive wrap-up reports by aggregating data from multiple advertising platforms
  • Perform routine website updates in Webflow, including seasonal content, offers, SEO metadata, and event listings
  • Adopt and experiment with emerging AI tools to improve data workflows and visualization
  • Design, write, and deploy weekly newsletters and promotional email campaigns
  • Segment audience lists, clean databases, and manage email platform operations
  • Audit and optimize venue listings on OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile, and partner profiles to maintain accuracy and maximize rankings
  • Oversee Partner Program fulfillment, track marketing calendars, and align internal and external teams
  • Manage campaign budgets, process invoices, and track department software subscriptions
  • Provide social media support including content scheduling, shoots, and organic post management with Hootsuite
  • Leverage generative AI for brainstorming, caption drafting, and hashtag/keyword optimization
  • Coordinate logistics and track media, influencer, and content-creator visits and coverage

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing coordination, ad operations, or marketing administration experience
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow content management system
  • Proven ability developing and launching promotional emails and automated campaigns (Mailchimp)
  • Solid knowledge of social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Iconosquare) and Google Business Profile management
  • Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or Gemini into daily workflows
  • Advanced copywriting and analytical skills with a data-driven optimization focus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, After Effects)
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and agility between technical and creative tasks
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a plus
