Marketing Associate position at Engine by Starling, focused on supporting go-to-market strategies in ANZ and MEA regions through campaign management, event coordination, partner collaborations, and sales alignment in a B2B SaaS fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in campaign setup, execution, and reporting across email, digital, social media, and ABM channels while managing workflows, data, and lead routing with the global team.
  • Optimize sales and marketing automation using HubSpot, build performance dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Support regional events including conferences, podcasts, and trade shows with planning, logistics, vendor management, and lead follow-up.
  • Execute joint campaigns and co-marketing with partners, coordinating deliverables, content, and reporting.
  • Coordinate content localization, distribution, and updates for regional channels, events, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing to pipeline needs, provide insights, and conduct outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Support internal Sydney office events and communications.
  • Handle office management tasks in collaboration with local teams.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience supporting events and external marketing programs.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign operations, and field marketing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for events or meetings.
