Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end creative operations for paid media campaigns from initial intake to final delivery
- Collaborate with IMC teams, external agencies, media planners, and project managers to define scopes, specifications, and schedules
- Handle creative trafficking needs, encompassing asset specifications, variations, and platform adherence
- Guarantee timely delivery of creative materials that meet specifications and are prepared for multichannel deployment
- Monitor asset progress and anticipate potential issues, facilitating solutions to avoid delays or revisions
- Synchronize creative outputs with market entry schedules, media strategies, and overall campaign objectives
- Direct launch preparation and evaluation procedures for campaigns spanning global and international territories
- Uphold high operational standards by enhancing workflows and procedures as necessary
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in creative operations, campaign management, or marketing production
- Solid knowledge of paid media processes, such as trafficking, advertisement specifications, and asset management
- Prior collaboration with agencies, media planners, and diverse marketing groups
- Demonstrated skill in overseeing numerous campaigns and meeting deadlines in dynamic settings
- Meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on execution excellence and operational effectiveness
- Ease in evaluating creative materials for compliance with specifications and media strategies
