Lead the artwork production team in delivering high-quality creative assets for print and multi-channel campaigns. Bridge creative vision with technical execution, managing workflow from concept to final delivery while ensuring brand consistency, quality standards, and on-time completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee artwork production across print, point-of-sale, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Manage workflows, timelines, resources, and daily production meetings to ensure on-time delivery
  • Allocate and brief work, proactively secure briefs, maintain project boards and trackers on Monday.com
  • Run QC process for technical accuracy, brand compliance, and production readiness
  • Coordinate with printers and suppliers to resolve technical issues
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, software, and industry best practices
  • Lead and develop the artwork team, conduct 1-1s, performance reviews, and training
  • Identify skills gaps, onboard new hires, and promote knowledge sharing
  • Report monthly on delivery volumes, right-first-time rates, turnaround times, and project spotlights
