The Account Executive position at Inspired Thinking Group supports key retail client Superdrug as the main contact for queries, ensures efficient project management for automation-led briefs, provides admin support for new store openings, assists with stock and event tasks, drafts briefs, coordinates timelines, and conducts quality checks and reporting in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal helpline inquiries from stores, delivering prompt and professional responses
  • Support delivery of automation-led artwork briefs, collaborating with the team for accurate and timely execution
  • Offer administrative and system support for New Store Openings, including system management and task coordination
  • Assist with stock and event management to capture and fulfill requirements efficiently
  • Develop expertise to independently support automation-led briefs, enhancing team flexibility and continuity
  • Draft and manage briefs, coordinate timelines, and partner with account managers and internal teams for superior service
  • Perform quality control checks and compile reports to uphold standards and inform strategic decisions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in marketing, retail, or creative services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Superior organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines
