Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end scheduling and coordination for go-to-market and major marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders domestically and abroad to align on milestones.
- Anticipate potential obstacles and inform teams about resource needs, delivery updates, or schedule adjustments.
- Create strategic materials for client presentations, campaign plans, and post-project analyses.
- Organize and distribute marketing assets in content libraries.
- Build solid relationships with essential stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare monthly reports on project volume and operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing projects.
- Verify compliance and precision of shared marketing materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- At least 2 years in a comparable marketing role.
- Project management or production certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like advanced Excel and Jira.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for collaborating with vendors, teams, and clients.
