Sidetrade is seeking an innovative Marketing Operations Lead focused on AI to architect and implement an automated, intelligent marketing infrastructure. This position involves integrating AI, large language models, automation, and data analytics to enhance marketing efficiency, streamline operations, and drive scalable growth at the crossroads of marketing, data, and AI in a B2B SaaS setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance the complete Martech ecosystem, including Marketo, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related platforms
  • Integrate AI technologies into marketing processes to streamline operations, boost personalization, and accelerate insight generation
  • Handle lead management processes such as scoring, distribution, MQL transitions, and revenue tracking in collaboration with sales, marketing, and BDR teams
  • Develop, launch, and refine campaigns encompassing email sequences, webinars, events, and landing pages
  • Ensure data quality through database maintenance, audience segmentation, and adherence to regulations like GDPR and CCPA
  • Provide analytics via dashboards and reports on conversion funnels, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact
  • Assess and integrate new technologies; oversee vendor partnerships and contract renewals
  • Collaborate with sales, demand generation, and revenue operations to synchronize objectives and facilitate smooth processes

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS or tech firm
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo (or comparable like HubSpot/Pardot) and Salesforce CRM
  • Practical application of AI in marketing areas such as content creation, lead scoring, automation, or data analysis
  • Robust analytics capabilities, including funnel analysis and attribution modeling
  • Proficiency in Martech integrations using APIs, Zapier, and external systems
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for customizing emails and web pages
  • Strong organizational abilities, independence, and adaptability in dynamic, expanding environments
  • Marketo Certified Expert certification or similar qualification
  • Exposure to account-based marketing tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
  • Knowledge of SQL or visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Prior involvement in revenue operations or integrated go-to-market strategies
