The Training Administrator oversees daily operations of Seeq’s Learning Management System and training resources, ensuring seamless execution of training initiatives in support of the Customer Learning Team’s goals. This role is a temporary 6-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage course and session creation, updates, and learning paths for open, partner, and internal training programs in line with established workflows.
- Collaborate with instructors and developers to upload, version, and organize current content, including course materials, embedded training, and help resources, adhering to team processes and guidelines.
- Prepare for live sessions by adhering to scheduling protocols and verifying availability of necessary activities and resources in the LMS.
- Facilitate learner access across various account types, including customers, partners, and employees, while managing custom portals as needed.
- Ensure data integrity in user profiles, enrollments, and completion records within the LMS and integrated systems.
- Control customer training access according to their service package entitlements.
- Maintain and upload relevant articles and reference materials for Customer Learning.
- Uphold accurate data entry and scheduling for training projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in operating, updating, and resolving issues in LMS platforms, with bonus for Docebo experience.
- Strong capabilities in scheduling and coordinating both in-person and virtual training events, along with organizing materials and resources.
- Superior verbal and written communication for liaising with trainers and participants.
- Robust multitasking and project management skills for handling concurrent training initiatives.
- Precise attention to detail in data management, scheduling, and content uploads.
- Adaptable approach to embracing new tools and evolving business requirements.
